Unique Child

Every child is a competent learner from birth who can be resilient, capable, confident and self assured.

Enabling Environments

The environment plays a key role in supporting and extending children's development and learning.

Learning and Development

Children develop and learn in different ways and at different times; all areas of learning and development are equally important and inter-connected.

Positive Relationships

Children learn to be strong and independent from a base of loving and secure relationships with parents/guardian and/or Educare practitioner.

Welcome to Oakwood Academy NPC

A Non Profit Preschool based in central Polokwane. We follow a Christian ethos. At our school we aim to provide your child with a positive introduction and continuation into a school environment: one with lots of individual attention and praise; a place they can learn through discovery at their own pace; opportunities to experience new things and to learn social skills and build friendships which are meaningful.
